I received an email saying I’d be charged for a subscription based on a purchase. I didn’t buy anything from these people.

Ordered a backpack for just shipping and handling and insurance for a total of 17.90
They tried to bill my card for a $98 fee but my card declined the charge.

Absolutely a scam. 4 months of calling and receiving worthless promises of "arrival in 4-6 weeks". Unauthorized additional $98 charge for "membership" which I called and was immediately refunded. But the "free" backpack for $14.95 shipping and handling has never arrived. Excuses a plenty. Just try to get a refund.

I ordered a backpack for medical gear July 2022. It took so long to received the product, I almost forgot about the order - November. After the holidays, I noticed an email on my .gov extension email address, confirming a subscription order. Investigation led me to realized that Survival Ops USA had been making unauthorized charges of $98 against my debit card account since September. When contacted, they tried to claim the backpack was for evaluation purposes and I was supposed to respond with a T&E report. No info was ever received requesting an evaluation or report. They also claimed a digital product was supposed to accompany my purchase, which I never received. Their response to their unauthorized transactions against my account for an unauthorized "subscription" (TO NOTHING!), was to negotiate a 75% refund to avoid further legal process on my part. Then they only refunded two of their multiple unauthorized transactions, failing to fulfill their own attempt at negotiations. I requested information for where to target my legal process multiple times and they REFUSED to provide it! All of this is well documented on my .gov extension email system. I will be forced to research the target entity myself for legal recourse and now, criminal charges that apply to the debit card account abuse/unauthorized charges.

I took a Home Depot survey and had options for gifts. I opted for the survival ops back pack. I paid the shipping fee but never received the product. It has now been 4 months. Every time I call, which is quite often, I am told that either I should receive the product in 3-7 days or that I cancelled the order. I was even given a fake tracking#.
