I came to the website through a Google search. I purchased 8 boxes of MREs on April 12. On May 4 I received an email that I had cancelled my order, which I did not. The email also said that I had been refunded, which I was not. I did not receive the merchandise or the refund and had to contest the charge on my credit card through my bank since the company did not respond to attempts to contact them through the website chat box, email or phone.

Advertised 3 month emergency food supply, took money, but no product received. Attempted contact for every day after one week of purchase with no contact 14 days later.

I ordered a 3 month kit for $300. After about a week, I made contact with them through their chat option online. I was told that they were shipping it out. They gave me a tracking number and said it had been shipped. When I tracked the tracking number, it said that the label had just been created, but USPS is still waiting for it to be dropped off to them. They keep telling excuse after excuse as to why my order is being stalled.

website promises 8 boxes of MRE,for 199.00.Their website ended up showing as an apartment complex instead of a buisiness.
