I contacted CLICKBANK Support Update, which is the 3rd party site that handles Survivallife's issues, this was located on the receipt for my purchase. After several attempts to have them send me the link to download my eBooks, they kept sending the link to the t-shirt website. They said that they had not charged my credit card, but they had (10/30/2020 10/29/2020 CLKBANK*COM_VY6HU9CF 800-390-6035 ID 4232 -$47.00). Never did get a refund. The contact us button on the Survivallife website just sends you right back to the website you were just on. That is a clear sign of a scam. And the 3rd party help desk just runs you in circles until you get tired of dealing with them.
All I wanted was a link to the actual eBooks they were offering.
