Our refund policy for subscriptions is as follows: we will refund up to sixty days of subscription program payments—that’s two payments—no questions asked. Please bear in mind that we cannot refund more than sixty days of subscription payments for the same subscription program." The customer rep stated that it was company policy not to refund money for memberships. Their page makes it appear they are US-based, looking at the three addresses I located that they provided, one is a house, the second one the street doesn't even exist in that town and the other the address does exist, however, it does not belong the companies(s). This company is a scam!
