Stay far away from susabellas in etsy.com and etsy.com in general, horrible / non existent customer support, their seller susabella is a scammer, will charge you upwards of 50+$ for a cheap item that costs her 1$ to make, complete rip off, says she sent the item, 2 months later still no item delivered, asked for refund, etsy. Com didn't even notify me, just closed the case because even if something gets lost in the mail for a year, that doesn't matter as long as the seller can show some bull sh. Picture that ups says its "in transit" for 2 months, estimated delivery, Jan 15th and basically just stays like that for months, when you ask this person for a refund 2 months later, they will adamantly refuse, and send you a copy item because oh these hand made items must not cost much to make the would rather send you multiple items even though you are already saying you don't even want the first one anymore to begin with because its 2 months late, than just refund your money. Super sketchy seller, super garbage website host etsy.com is a rip off, go there if you want 0 customer service, and to get screwed over and ripped off by their sellers.
