was publishing my book with KDP Publishing Company. I spent 4/2023 to 4/2024 , almost a whole year sporadically working with these people who I thought werepart of Amazon. It was a fraud and I found this out when they stopped answering my calls & emails and I noticed recently that the email I was dealing with was KDPpublisherS.com with an “S”not KDP Publishing.com and it was a scam. There is no website . I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars using several different credit cards and I found the charges here on my credit card with you ( see attached paperwork ) please credit me the money they stole from me and please keep me posted as to the results of your investigation .I am very upset that this has happened and I hope you catch them.
