I was searching for appliances for our home renovation. There is a particular wine fridge that I found (Bosch, 15-inch width). It's only available in Europe, yet Balimadeco offers it for sale in the US...and it's significantly cheaper. I was ready to purchase it online, but thought I should talk to a "live" person first, just to verify that it's legitimacy. I've called numerous times. The line doesn't ring; it just plays music for as long as you're willing to listen. It gave me the impression that I was on hold, which, I don't think was the case. I also emailed and received no response. I looked up their physical address and, according to Google Maps, it seems that it's a 7-Eleven store.
