I contracted them to clean my upstairs carpe in the upstairs living room, master bedroom, and hallway. Because I am disabled, and have many falling incidents, I needed them to clean up blood stains, spilled food stains, etc. They did a little general carpet cleaning, but did very little for the stains I needed them for. I sent them photos and complained but no response. I do feel I was taken advantage of.

Because the carpet was wet, I couldn't inspect the job while they were here. I do feel like they scammed me. I should have known since they had no physical address. I just don't want anyone else to fall for these scammers.
