I receive frequent phone calls from people claiming to be from SUSTAINABLE ENERGY INSTITUTE, however they are not. I ask them to remove me from their call list and they immediately hang up. At this point I am considering it harassment. I have block one of their phone numbers but they keep calling on new phone lines. The area code is the same as mine 661. Can you help? Most recent number they called on today, 2/4/17 was 661-721-3472. Another phone number was 661-854-7342 and 661-854-3745. When I tried to call the number back it said that it was disconnected or no longer in service.

They ask about electric usage and if I spend a certain amount of money on my electric bill.
