I placed an order for mini multi colored tumbler keychains(10). When they finally arrived 3 weeks later they were all pink not multi colored. I emailed right away and they said they would refund me 20% if I wanted to keep them or 10% to send them back at my cost. This had been going on for weeks. They said they would send a replacement but nothing. Then gave me address to send it back but later said if I sent it to that address I would not get a refund then gave me a different address. On the site it says 100% money back guarantee and a A+ on BBB. All I wanted was a refund I couldn’t trust on sending them back. They said the best they could do is 30% refund. That’s $12.35 when I felt they should’ve paid the full $41.18.
