Missing Order

This is my second negative experience with Svv. The first time it took 3-4 months for part of my items to arrive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic. This time is has been over 8 weeks, no response to emails and the website has disappeared. Scam!

I ordered 3 dresses in June 2021 and received only 2 by December 2021: the two I received were of terrible quality. I haven’t received the last.I have been trying to reach them to no avail.

This website is fake i order it March 2021 I got it August 2021 I wrote them more then 10 times before getting to me and at the end of the day the dress came and looks horrible its look nothing like the picture the material of the dress is fake and looks cheap look at the dress on me just terrible terrible please whatever you do never order from this website they are scam I ask for a refund and they only trying to give me a dollar back in return for a dress that I buy for 46 dollar rhis website is fake fake fake

Purchase made March 21,2021. It is now May 10, 2021. Emailed the company per their instructions for a refund. I was told I would get a refund. Then three days later I was told I could not get a refund because it had suddenly been "shipped". That was April 21. I still have not received my order, there is no way to track my shipment, and they have refused to give me a refund.

I submitted an order on 3/18/2021 and paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping. I wrote complaining at least 3 times and finally received my item on 5/1/2021...clearly not what I ordered

I was recently scammed by this company. Please beware and do not purchase ANYTHING! I ordered an item on March 27th and paid for expedited shipping, it’s April 14th and I have yet to receive my items. I contacted the email they have listed and was responded to by a person named “Sonya” who wrote in very poor English that they were delayed on the order because my item was “popular” and the items are “made to order”. I hate that these scammers get away with such heinous acts of thievery! Needless to say I will be contacting my bank to see if there is any additional recourse.

Items were purchased on 3/15/2021 with expedited shipping to arrive in 3 to 7 days. The items are yet to arrive, and their customer service representative had the nerve to tell me that expedited shipping meant the shipping was expedited but not the processing.
