On 10/11/16 I received a charge of 29.95 from Svcrt, a company I have no prior history with. I have no idea who they are or how they got my banking information. I went online to their website which is the biggest joke ever as it allows you to give information to them about Amy charges from their website on your banking statement but it never finds it and tells you to call the customer assistance line. When you first call you are directed to someone who gives you an employee number and some crazy name. They ask for all this unnessesary information without even identifying what kind of company they are or who they work for. After a short while or if you ask them a question they will hang up on you. Once they hang up on you, you will be taken to an automated voice message asking if they person satisfied your needs, when you got either 1 or 2 for no, which switches every other call, you will be placed on hold for the remainder of your call. They supposedly work with the company myscore.com who are suppose to give you a credit score for $1.00 which they never do. So after dealing with this joke of a website I decided to go into myscore.com which doesn't acknowledge you as a customer and can't cancel a membership they say doesn't exist. Its all one big scam and should be shut down and reported immediately.

This company claims to be a credit monitoring agency. After not being able to see my credit scores at all or reports I decided to cancel and they still charged my card the monthly fee of 29.95. I have called at least 8 times and keep getting told different lies. I Would really like for them to issue my refund and be shut down so that they can't scam anyone else.
