I ordered from their website and as other reviewers have noted, my order was refunded for no reason. I assume they were just getting credit card information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Svitos did not respond as to why the order was canceled.

I made a purchase last night using my Discover Card on svitos.com for a gift for a friend after doing a quick Google search for the item. The price was reasonably discounted compared to other stores for the same item. The website emailed me the following day saying I was refunded with no explanation. I reviewed my Discover activity and noted pending purchase and refund from the website. In looking up the website (hindsight should have done initially), this website has reviews indicating it is set up to gather personal information and do not actually sell items hence the quick refund upon “purchase”. I called Discover to cancel my card and monitor my credit. I would not be making this report if the pattern was not so similar to others who filed similar complaints and had a much worse outcome. According to Reddit, a bunch of new Reddit accounts are positively praising the website with awkward sounding reviews with long term Reddit users claiming those new accounts are fake along with the website.
