My Visa Card was selected for possibly winning #5,000.00. Required to buy : T.V. guide or People Mag. for 2 yrs.

$ 79.00 X 2. Charged to Visa.. Hence Visa # was given. Consumer # 790-458-1499. The person's name was Dwayne. Two other mags. were given free. Immediate gift of $ 1,000.00 grocery coupons and a watch was promised. In retrospect I'm concerned IF IT IS A SCAM. Should I cancel my VISA??? Please answer immediately.
