I got a call from Ms. Washington. When I returned her call she said I was in breach of contract for a credit card that was in my name from 2008 - 2017. She said that I had taken a credit card by a company named Metris that sold it to Capital one. When I told her I didn't have a credit card and never had one. She said that she would send out legal documents if I couldn't make a payments on this account. She said they could put a lien on my assets or take my income tax. I dont get income taxes I usually have to pay. I called capital one and they said I have never had a credit card with them. I had called to let them know I thought Ms. Washington was trying to scam me. She said she had my ss number and if I was related to 4 people that are family members but have been deceased.
