Placed an order for a Game of Thrones Mug on April 19th for about $50 with shipping and taxes.

Sent an email asking for an update on May 8th.

Sent another email asking to cancel the order on May 13th.

Received email back on May 17th saying that the order was already processed and that they could not cancel the order. Swagnation stated they will send tracking info soon.

Sent another email asking for an update on July 8th.

I found their facebook page and started reading comments to find out that this company has been scamming hundreds if not thousands of people.

Have not received a response, that tracking number, or any communication whatsoever up to this day (July 9th, 2019).

Learned my lesson with this one.
