They won’t return my calls or emails and I sent it back weeks ago, within the time allowed to return. The tracking on the label says it was delivered in November of 2020. I bought it in January of 2021.

This company sell defective products and is a scam. they do not respond to their clients and do not honor the full refund request as well. Their product does not have a UL rating when you recieve it . I plugged it in once and in 5 minutes it was smoking seriously frightening. This blanket overheated on the lowest setting. It should not be sold in the USA at all. Total scam company.

Next, it never heat up over 50C. Supposed to go to 80C.
It also came without the remote.
I contacted them on 12/26 and again on 12/27. I heard back initially and they said they were sorry and would send me a new unit.
A few weeks later I inquired as to when my new unit would arrive, and a few days later someone again apologized and asked what the problem was. Also asked me to include a video. I sent the video also explaining the issues.
Then silence. I sent more inquiries. Again, they apologized and asked me what was wrong...
I kept on them and they then told me I had been escalated to the powers that be, only for me to get snippets of “I’m sorry.....”
I finally contacted my credit card company and have disputed the charge.
They had no plan on sending me a new unit. They were just going to keep dragging me along.
I told them I had fed-ex’d the unit back (cost me $70) and that my credit card would be contacting their bank.
I fully expect to get my $159 back (because my credit card company already credited my account) but it cost me $70 to ship it back.
Lesson learned. These legit types of things cost $400+. To see it for $159 seemed too good to be true, because it was.
Buyer beware.
