Sweat Vault advertised portable saunas on SnapChat. We purchased one off the website, but instead of being a full sized portable sauna, it was a short one that your head sticks out of. Attempts to reach the vendor were unsuccessful and we have filed a dispute with our credit card company.

Similar to other targets. Is purchased one item and received different item. The company sent a response explaining why the item they sent was an upgrade and better. After the initial response the vendor went silent. No response.

Got ads for sweat vault on social media. Ordered the vault 2.0 and was given a v3.0 which is nothing like what I ordered. When I went to return the item I was told it’s better than what I ordered and I should be grateful for the product upgrade. Back and fourth emails and now they won’t respond. The website no longer is accessible.

The scammer advertises one product on their website but then sends a lesser quality different product in its place. They claim to offer 100 day free return poliy but once contacted they claim that the product sent is actually an upgrade and a long reason why we should feel lucky to have received the upgrade. But never do they offer a return label or any way to receive a refund. They now have our billing and card information that we worry will be used fraudulently in the furure.
