The scammer is telling me that my number was chosen to receive 20,000.00 from his boss's accountant. His boss is supposedly Chris Sims /Evan Frank who are lottery winners. Now this person supposedly named Kelly is telling me that they will deposit the check in my account and the funds will be available as soon as the check clears!! This person does have my name and age but I did not give him my bank name or any of my account information but this person needs to be stopped!!

The scammer has continually called to have my customer accept a check for $250.00 to go and purchase a gift card. The scammer said that my customer would receive $2.4 million and a new car.

The scammer did not say where to send the 'gift card', but he continues to call.

(this notice is being filled out by the customer's bank)

GUY NAMED MICHAEL ANDERSON CALLED MY ELDERLY FATHER AND SAID HE WON A LARGE SUM OF MONEY TO CALL A BANK AND VERIFY ACCT. I AM NOW WORRIED ABOUT HIS SAFETY.

Called from the phone number 678-855-9036, about won big prize. They wanted us to send money if we wanted the big prize. They wanted us to get $150.00 dollars or more on an American Express Gift Card and then send them the card information. They wanted a photo of the card and the numbers from the card. It did not sound legit to me. We did not get the card they wanted. However, got the name of our bank.
