Ms. Kirkland received a phone call from someone claiming to be from UPS. They called her name and she said yes. The caller said that she won a lot of money and that they were going to deliver it to her in a big truck. She didn't believe it and hung up the phone. She accidentally called them back & told them if the called her back she would report them to the police. They told her to report herself.
