They sent me an email saying it was from ScamPulse.com in order for me to continue to pay them an additional 2,500.00 when I already fell for giving them 500.00. The letter was stating that PCH was a legitimate company. They said if I paid 5% of the taxes they would deliver 5 million dollars,a Mercedes Benz and 250,000.00 in cash.

They used two text numbers

The agent and “Gary”

Needed money to send the codes and box of prizes

Gary’s participation was to tell me it was not a scam and he couldn’t lie. The agent called me and sounded like an African guy.

I asked Gary about fishing because in the article about Gary said he was going to take his dad fish. Never got a response .

I told them I was broke

I called the number because the Active & Fit website had it listed as the customer service number. I've since alerted Active & Fit of this error.

When I called the number, an automated voice shared that I was the winner of $100. The first time I called it was a Target gift card. The second time I called it was for a rebate. The second person I spoke with wanted my card information to pay for the shipping and handling costs for the $100 rebate. I told them I didn't want the rebate and did not provide any card information but wanted to speak with someone who could address my initial concern. This person said that all managers were busy, gave me a fake phone number, and hung up.

The scanner has someone impersonate someone I know from my reservation from my reservation. They used someone to Facebook me and ask me about wether or not I got my winnings from WOP. He said he seen my name on the winners list. He asked if I got a call from them . I said no and that's when he gave me the website info. It was suppose to be some Facebook promotion for Facebook users who were randomly picked and then given a thank you present of $250,000.00. They used FedEx ex as the deliverer. They needed $900.00 from me for security and delivering fees. I knew it was a scam but now and was just stringing then asking so I could get as much information as I could. I saved everything.

- San Juan Capistrano, CA, USA

Phone call claiming they were ready to deliver 'unclaimed prize' from Publishers Clearing House. Asked some basic personal questions (age, occupation....) and had personal mailing address and email and phone number. Initially mumbled something about being with the BBB!! Gave his name as Jack Taylor.

- San Juan Capistrano, CA, USA

Gave his name as Mike Henderson. Gave me a 'prize ID number" that I was to show the delivery person. Asked me to go to my bank and wire transfer 2$400 to pay for taxes on the prize

- Santa Ana, CA, USA

He said he represented publisher clearing house and I won 400,000 dollars he sent a picture of him and his fed ex id card sent me to the link where I entered my social security number and picture of my California id ,then text back they received it and tomorrow I will be receiving my check delivered by a fed ex employee and to pay him 1,500 dollars for the process fee

- Winkelman, AZ, USA

Received call from a Kyle Jenson stating he was from Publishers clearing House and I had won $1.5 million @ $5000 weekly. My id #4565kj, package #26545 he also had me read the symbols on any bill. He went on to explain I needed all this information when they arrived in a hour and half. But this was after I got two different visa cards for $500 each on a NetSpend or vanilla andor third I don't recall visa from CVS or similar store as close to me as possible. Once I accomplished this was to call him back. He has called numerous times since after initial call, the second call I told him I was trying to get out the door. After that I answered differently and said she's gone. Obviously from research on website it's a scam.

But one big question when you get these calls and use various numbers how do you stop them?!?!

- Williamsburg, OH, USA

I received a call from Anthony who works at the Gaming Commission. His number is 352-534-9007. He said my code is 2301US. He said I had won second place $15.5 million and a Mercedes Benz. He told me he would call someone and call me back, and I would have to complete some forms. He sounds like he's from North America.

When the person, who has been calling had his Supervisor to call me, she asked if I could send $300 for S/H. I told her I CERTAINLY could not and to please remove my name from whatever scam they are trying to use. I REPORTED TO LOCAL POLICE DEPT. His name is S.
