Enclosed in a letter is a certificate check in the amount of $2,675.50 but to receive my North America Consumer Promotion Draw the sum of US $250,000.00. I need to contact claim agent James Parker at 1-800-745-0381 for further instructions on how to claim my big winnings. Call Monday through Fridays ..8am to 6pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm central time for instructions. A processing fee and insurance fee of $2000.00 will be required before your lump sum winnings can be sent to you.
