Used Thumbtack to find a professional jewellery maker. Connect the with the business owner Morgan who operates Sweet Beez Creations. Took money for a customer pendant piece. Said she would mail me the product in week never did so. When contacted why said she was in the hospitcal never just stop replying to emails or calls. Thumbtack customer service said they could do nothing to help.
