I paid for a cockapoo puppy that I never received. I thought I was getting a puppy from a breeder but turned out to be a scam. I was told by "James/Michael Sandler" that once full payment for the puppy was received I would get the shipping/flight information for the puppy. The day the puppy was supposed to be shipped I contacted him for the information since I still did not receive it and hours later I received a message from him saying the shipping agency would email the information. I was never told of a shipping agency. Within a few minutes the "shipping agency" messaged saying they have my puppy but need $1099.00 for her crate and vaccine which I already paid the breeder the shipping cost and was never told of this additional fee. I contacted the breeder about this and all he said was I forgot to tell you but most of the money will be refunded. I told him I wasn't comfortable with sending that much money(especially since the payment method options were not secure) and asked for a full refund. The website states you are eligible for refund within 30 days. The breeder refused saying we have come too far to turn back now and still tried to have me pay the extra fee to shipping agency without providing me with any legit documentation showing the puppy was with this shipping agency. The agency kept messaging and calling begging me to send the money even though I already told them to contact the breeder to pick up the puppy if they in fact had her. The shipping agency themselves would not provide me with any legit documentation showing they had the puppy instead just kept stating they were a big company. Once I told the breeder that I called the airlines the puppy was supposed to be on regarding the shipping agency and that they never heard of them and do not deal with 3rd party carriers he stopped answering my messages. I even requested a refund through the original payment method and he declined it. Whatever you do, do not trust this breeder or shipping agency "Discreet Shipping Agency."
