I ordered a blanket with a 3 to 4 month wait in October 2021. At the 3 1/2 month marked I emailed in January and was told the following month it would be done and mailed out. Nothing! Come end of April beginning of May, I have used her website ask a question every week for a month now. There was no answer. I found all of her social medias and tried to reach her that way, there was no answer. Finally this week, 5/16, I put messages on her items she is advertising stating for people not to buy from her and got her typical response it seems. That she is sorry it has taken so long. Her messages from clients all go to her spam folder and if I wanted a refund or my blanket next week. Told her I still wanted the blanket, we shall see next week. I will be back I have a feeling.
