I purchased product from this website in November 2019 , still have not received it. I have been using Facebook messenger and email daily to get my money back as they lied and said it shipped December 11, I was given a fake tracking number . Notified today Christmas Day that my order is delayed so, it was never shipped. So not only are the providing fake tracking numbers they are lying to customers and taking your money . And charging cancellation penalty for those lucky enough to get refunds which are few. Do not buy from the website it is a scam .

I placed an order for a ring. Paid thru PayPal. Never got my ring. A lot of customers are complaining they are not getting their money. This company gives you a fake email to contact customer service. Cannot make contact. Comes back undeliverable. I still have not received my ring.
