On Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 8:11pm, I placed an online order for a dress. I received a confirmation email with an order number. I noticed that an estimated shipping date wasn't given. So, on Thursday, July 4, I sent a message on instagram asking for an expected date of arrival. Today, July 5, I called and sent a message on Facebook. I looked on their Facebook page and there hasn't been any activity since November 22, 2023.

I would like to know if they are still in business, if and when I can expect my order, and if not, how can I receive a refund.
