Ordered clothes from this website and they were poor quality. On the website it says to contact their support team via email to initiate a return and be refunded. I emailed them to initiate a return on 12/15 with no answer. I sent another email 12/21 a second time requesting a return. They responded saying in order to initiate a return that they needed a photo of the items, which I sent back to them via email. I still have not recieved a return label and they have not answered any further emails. On their instagram page, there are other individuals commenting that they have had the same issue and the business does not respond to return inquiries, thereby scamming the purchaser of their money.
