I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this website. The shoes are too big. I requested a full refund. They post on their website "Return guarantee within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your products we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked. This is absolutely not true. It has now been 2 weeks since trying to receive a full refund. I have been offered 20%, 40%, and now 50%. I asked for a return mailing address. The shipping address on the package is RYM 848 W 7th St. Los Angeles, CA 90017. The return address sent to me via email is Consignee: Huang Zhi Heng, Street address: No.401, FadaBuliding, Jingcaigongyeyuan, DaogaoxinStreet, Qingxizhen

Zipcode: 523660, City: Dongguan, State: Guangdong, Country: China.
