Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
The questions were generic and did not request personal information other than age group, and whether or not I had purchased anything from Sweetwater. Once the questions were answered, I was directed to a small game where I had to choose a gift box from a grid of boxes. The box I chose was empty, but then a message appeared that said "You have another chance". This time (as you might expect, the box contained a "free" keyboard." It next directed me to a spoofed page of the Sweetwater website, but it was just an image, rather than an actual page.
Strangely, when I attempted to report this ad to Facebook, it simply hid the ad instead of taking me to the usual "report ad" dialog. Also peculiar is that my interaction with this particular Facebook ad does not appear in my ad history.
I have reported this to Sweetwater, along with a screen capture of the spoofed page.
