I also ordered in April for the internet gadget and have been scammed...now I'm careful about ordering anything off the internet because there are so many scams out there, and now I check the reviews...not as quick to believe or order anything anymore. Plus the number is invalid .These foreigners are scheming and scamming any way they can and the U.S sucks at stopping them from doing so.

I ordered the Blaux portable a/c on July 1st from swellgadgets.com.I paid 98.94 for it and the charge posted to my credit card on 7/3.The confirm email I got clearly says I would be contacted via email with tracking number which never happened.Its 7/27 and still no order or email back after sending 3 total to the email they provide for any issues.I was able to order it from someone else and came within 2 weeks.I have asked for a refund as clearly item was never shipped or processed but no reply.I believe this company to be a scam&I advise anyone thinking about ordering from them not to.Customer service is non existent . I am wondering if I will ever see a refund from them.so sorry I ever ordered from this company and will tell everyone i know to beware of this company

I ordered a Wi-Fi enhancement item from Swell Gadget Find, at a cost of $89.90, using the internet and providing my credit card info online. The order was placed in late April (approximately April 22) 2020, and have not received the product. I have made several attempts to contact Swell Gadget Find by phone, but they will neither accept nor return my calls. Apparently, I was scammed by this outfit. I intend to file a complaint with the FBI, the FCC or other appropriate federal government agency.
