On 12/13/23 I emailed "[email protected]" to inquire about the my order No.M3202311255493418, it said it couldn't be found. I then received an email back from "[email protected]" saying my request (875685) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff and if needed to add additional comments, reply to this email.
I have replied back to this email 3 different times and have not gotten a response back.
