I placed an order on https://www.swgofficial.com/ and received the product. I did not use the product and followed the instructions on the website for a return and refund. I met all criteria for a full refund and paid for shipping myself. The return address is stated on the website, and I shipped the product back per the instructions on the website. I have been following USPS tracking and received information from USPS that "No Such Number". Since I sent the product back, I do not have the product I have emailed [email protected] and also commented on their website for a refund or more instructions but they have not replied.
