"Jessie" left a voice mail, using my first and last name and asking I call back immediately, it was imperative that we speak regarding claim # 1215887. He also said the number he provided was a direct number. When first I called, I first got an automated system asking for an extension and saying that I could pay my debt directly to them via credit card. When I called a second time, Jessie answered. I asked that he remove me from their call list. When I asked what the debt was, he then became aggressive and said he would not tell me because I had asked to be removed from their list. I told him that if they were in fact trying to collect a debt, I had to be informed of what business was complaining against me. He then stated that I owed $1049 for my gym membership. If it was not paid in full in 5 days, it would negatively impact my credit. When he told me it was my gym. I then called the gym directly. They confirmed that while I have cancelled my membership a 3 days ago, they have sent in writing/email and now verified verbally that I do not owe any funds and was released from my contract without any additional fees. They also had not reported me to a collection agency. This is a scam using my name and phone number. This scam can be verified by the 23 similar complaints opened with the ScamPulse.com in last 12 months.

Ive recieved calls from these people and been yelled at, harrassed, refused proof of me owing then money, denied names of who im speaking with, and hung up on. They call me from 3 to 5 different numbers too. They have yet to explain to me why they have any of my information. They are after stimulus checks. These people buy phone numbers or steal your information from somewhere and need to be stopped. The main man who calls goes from pretending to be some nice sales guy saying he has to collect a debt i owe to cursing me out and calling me a liar when i say that i dont owe them any money. He has every single time ive answered and spoke to him raised his voice to me and been abusive in his tone and words. He refuses to even think of me or anyone else apparantly as a human being from all the reviews. They provide zero receipts to my owing and never did. Ive had to block them with extra steps from contacting me due to the scamming and abusive nature of each interaction.

These people are verbally abusive and cruel.

I am in a situation where I had a gym membership and i tried to cancel, but it apparently never went through. The gym sent the account to collections through a company called Swift Funds Financial. They have been calling me and harassing me. When I finally spoke with someone earlier this year, they were telling me that I owed $2600 and that I needed to make a payment over the phone. I asked for proof/breakdown of the debt and they refused to send me one. I don't know what to do at this point. I’ve read MANY articles and posts online about how crooked and corrupt this company is and that they steal money out of peoples accounts once their bank information is received and I just want to solve this debt.

I received a cell phone call last week asking for a payment to a Club Pilates, he treated to take me to court for not paying the bill. This morning a woman named Crystal called and said that I owe them !,665 for late fees if I don't pay they will report it to my credit report.

Receive multiple phone calls a day from Swift Financial services about a debt I owe for a gym membership. I have called several times in order for get documentation of the collection and how much I owe. I am told every time that it was sent and cannot be sent again. They once agreed to email me an invoice which I have never received. Each time I talk to them the amount I owe increases. My credit score at the moment says $427 but when I called today they said I owed $475. They do not have any option to pay except over the phone and I do not trust them. I need my credit to improve and having this on there is not good. Please help

I was left a voicemail claiming that they were a debt collections agency and that this one and only call was my "final warning". They never mention who the debt is to or how much. I immediately went to BBB to investigate and see that there is an alert for this business.
