I bought a boxer puppy from them who in turn set up Swift Pet Ways Ltd to arrange transport. I received a txt with tracking. Then I received an email stating that air transport needed her crate upgraded due to the weather ( seemed legit). They asked to be paid by gift card as this was the rental cage was fully refundable upon arrival. I received an email with confirmation of payment. Then another email stated I would get asked about insurance. I replied to that email- I deny insurance. Then all of a sudden I was ghosted. No response. No more emails. I called both Swift Pet Ways and the breeder. Neither one would answer or callback. I do believe they are in cahoots together.
I should have known better to do the gift card. But I already had paid for the dog. All had seemed legit until then... but this is utterly disgusting that people swindle other people.
