I've received the invoice receipts through my email confirming the purchases04/10/2024.(I still have them saved), and that the orders would be shipped the next day, also stated that I would receive an email with the tracking information. According to the site, it would take 3-5 days for be delivered. After two days of not receiving an email confirmation tracking number for delivery, I've reached out to customer support on the website trying to figure out what was causing the delay. "Nancy Powell" the Sales Executive on chat stated that there we some issues and that it would be resolved but never happened. I've emailed numerous times ans called the number provided (non functioning, gives a generic response of leaving a voicemail).Her response became more scarce throughout, with very short responses and still to this day (tomorrow would mark two weeks) I'm still without anything. I've asked for a refund ans still waiting for a response. I don't want others to fall in this trap. If needed, I can provide documentation and conversation. I've stated to them that I would be reaching out to the ScamPulse.com to report these issues/concerns.
