They initially contacted me with a private message on Twitter right after I followed them. They started by offering a sponsor program which i did not signed up right away. A few weeks later, after thinking about it, I decided to apply to their sponsorship program. After they accepted my application, I decided to place an order for a Mystery Box on May 11. Ive had contacted them via email twice for an order update but never got a response. I also tried to contact them via Twitter but they have responded but not offering a solution. As of today, I am still waiting for the product I paid for or an update on my order.
