Mercy Folsom was selling me a horse from her rescue (so I thought) This company was in charge of transporting the animal. I paid Ms. Folsom a delivery fee and this company collected a refundable $900 insurance fee for transporting the horse. When the horse reached VA (according to the tracking number, but the driver told me he was in Knowville, TN~ tell tale sign something is off) They put the delivery on hold and told me I owed them $1000 and they would not deliver the horse without the fee. The fee was for feed and emergency medical fee. I asked what had happened and asked for pictures and video. The first pic they sent was not even of my horse and it was just horses in a trailer. The second pics and the video came hours later and were of the horse I was supposed to be purchasing. He was in a stall getting his muzzle hairs shaved and it was obviously a short clip from a longer video. The pics were from the video. I told them I was not paying them any more money until the horse arrived or I would meet them with my vet, take possession of the horse wherever they were and I would pay any fees. They refused. Would not tell me where they were and asked for money again. They became verbally abusive and rude saying the horse was suffering and it was my fault, but the horse seemed fine in the video and had no signs of distress. Also at the end of the video the horse was cantering carrying a flag?? I am contesting the money they took as they refused delivery, but since they used Zelle I may never see a dime.
