We found a puppy in Columbus ohio paid 400 and he said he was going to have his agency deliver the puppy the next day. Well the agency put a hold on it til we paid 250 to rent a cage and 350 for pet insurance promised to deliver dog but didnt next day there was a vet bill that needed paid for 400because the puppy caught a virus. Then decided we needed to pay 500 more for 100 care fee 100 food fee and 300 permit fee. Now its 500 more to pay to transfer ownership when we paid for this with the owner of the dog. All these fees were promised that if we pay when dog is delivered well get 100% refund. However 1500 in and we still dont have the puppy or even know that the company has the puppy.
