Shih Tzu puppies for rehoming sent a shipper request through Swiftship International along with tracking information. I was contacted via email to provide a vaccination fee of $150, paid via apple pay, then an insurance fee $200 paid via apple pay, then a crate fee $150, paid via apple pay. Then the put shipment on hold requesting a $1500 permit that is not a MS requirement or fee. These fees are stated as "refundable" but are undisclosed. At this point, I refused any additional fees and have requested the sender to pay. I have refused adfitional payment and the shipper has stopped communication.
