I was contacted by email that appeared legit from Kalyn Brewer, HR Swim "N Holes regarding a data entry/analysis job. I replied that I was interested in the position. She started texting me about filling out a form on https://forms.gle/teQQsfSJBHu3GTW9, (IDme) which I needed to complete before processing my application. I advised that I did not want to provide my ss number and driver's license unless I was indeed going to be hired. She assured me this was a secure site and Indeed used this website. She then proceeded with a link for a current picture of me; however, I did not supply the information. I contacted IDme and they advised, they were not associated with Swim 'N Holes, I should report the issue and freeze my account. The texting stopped once she had my information on Friday, June 11, 2023. I proceeded to freeze all my accounts and received notification that my information was located in the dark web on 06/20/2023.
