Ordered a mermaid tail for my daughter on 10/29/18. Paid $437.98!!! I emailed them 11/14, 11/17, 11/22, 12/3 and never received a response. Don't bother calling them- they don't answer, and you can't leave a voicemail, it just hangs up!
