I placed my order on May 8th. It said it shipped on May 11th. My tracking number has it in Jamaica, NY where the shipping label was created. It’s been there all month. I have reached out to them numerous times and they keep saying it’s on its way, yet weeks later and no progress.

I purchased an order from this business after seeing a handful of TikTok ads. I looked into the business via comments and people seemed to have had good experiences. I placed an order May 9 and received an email that my order shipped May 11. However the tracking just said “printing label created”. After no update to the tracking for a couple weeks, I sent an email asking for an update. I received a generic copy and paste response that orders arrive in 8-15 days. So I waited and still nothing. Now they do not reply to my emails and they have blocked me on social media platforms where I have asked for an update. I can see via comments that many others are experiencing the same thing with this company now.
