Yes it's a scam. Currently have a dispute with PayPal and disputed through my bank. Paid $269.99. See photos of what was received. Do not buy from them!

Purchased online...came from China. We had not received product and put in dispute to PayPal. Showed proof of trying to get an answer from seller. They "shipped the product". Turns out it is not a Nintendo switch console at all. Basically spent $269.99 on plastic in a box the size of an inhaler.

This site supposedly sells refurbished Nintendo Switch consoles and accessories. I paid $214.99 for a refurbished console and additional for expedited shipping (4-7 days). It has now been 3 weeks, and I have not received my product. When you attempt to call the line is always busy. If you email the support email, the same automatic reply is sent each time, stating your order has been received and expect delays. This is a scam. There is no way to reach them, and you will never receive your product.
