Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order for a KitchenAid mixer bowl and paid via Paypal. I received an order confirmation and was told I would be notified when shipped. This never happened and there was no reply to the email inquiry. There is no phone number provided to call customer service and when I googled the address, the is no store with this name at the address provided. Obviously a scam - beware!

I placed an order at a supposed online store to purchase a kitchen appliance. I paid the "vendor" in the amount of $136.46 using my Venmo account (which was one of the two options the "vendor" listed for payment (the other being PayPal), The order was placed on September 7th. On September 11th, I emailed the "vendor's" supposed customer service ([email protected]) to ask when I should expect delivery. Their reply came the following day, saying that the order has been shipped and is on its way to you. The estimated arrival date and the tracking number will be updated in your email in the next 1-2 days." Two days later I emailed again to inquire about the supposed tracking number and never received another reply.

I have since looked for any signs that Swonde is an actual company and have found none. It appears it is nothing but a fraudulent website designed to rip people off.
