On "my order summary / thank you for placing your order," the Customer Support number was incorrect (888-342-2776))! Also, I did NOT order the "Vitamin C Serum!" Please delete it from my order along with the charge of $19.95 + $3.95 shipping!
My total should be $11.94 and NOT $35.84!!!
14 day trials??? Is this a reoccurring monthly autoship??? I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT!!! GUESS IT WAS HIDDEN UNDER "Terms!"
Since the Customer Support number was incorrect, I went to my credit card statement and saw that the 2 shipping fees had already been posted as SwootyDerm.com. So I went to that website to get the Customer Service number! The Customer Care Representative asked me how I got this number!?! (855-928-9846)
I spent 15 minutes on hold and then the call disconnected. I redialed and waited another 12 minutes before someone answered. Of course, the "Vitamin C Serum" had left the warehouse today at 11 am. When I receive that product, I will have to call again to get a "return number" in order to send it back!!!
Remember to cancel me from the autoship!!!!
Next time I will first check the online reviews & the BBB!!! Shortly after I told the representative that I was going to notify the BBB, I received an email that said my order was cancelled. . . . ???
