My wife ordered Pure Face Skin Cream (free) with $6.95 shipping and Pure Face Serum (free) $4.99 shipping. On top of that they charged her $30.90 for Vitamin Serum C serum that she did not ordered. Called the customer service number and try to cancel all future orders and was only given an extension on the trial period by ten days...they have us call back before the period is over. Don't trust this company, they use the tactic of free samples with a handling charge to get in and then if you don't bother canceling you will have an automatic monthly shipment with whatever they charge for the product. Keep away from ZOOTY Ventures, they are SCAMMERS!

I received an offer for a free sample of Pure Face Cream. I was billed for (17) Vitamin C Bundle which I did not order on March 29. Then on April 12 I was billed $89.95 for something I did not order. I called number on the credit card 855-388-4615. I waited 15 and then was disconnected. I called twice more with same result. I went on line and found that this had happened others. Still trying to get these charges off my credit card. Not sure what to do.
