I purchased a Sword online at Swords Kingdom it had been roughly a week with no tracking information sent, so I reached out and talked online with an employee (?) asking for tracking info. I was then told the sword was out of stock and I could either get a refund or select a different sword. I said I would like a refund. They sent me “proof” they issued the refund however it’s been 2 weeks since being issued my refund with no refund. It’s to the point where now they don’t contact me back if I try to email them. They have never answered the phone for me. The number provided is on their website however it’s not a working phone number.
