Type of a scam Phishing
* They attached an invoice that looked legit (for a 2 year agreement)
* They provided a Transaction number, implying that my credit card payment had already been processed (which it had not been)
When I called the (716) 406-8803 support helpline, the person tried to get me to open up my mobile phone & PC to 'allow him access'. When I refused, he hung up the phone.
