Harassing calls

Synaptic IQ has been calling my office claiming that I need to give them a credit card because of an overdue bill or they would refer the matter to a credit collection agency. A. they did not tell me what I ordered, how much I "owed", or to whom I was speaking.
B. When I called back at the number on my caller ID, they immediately hung up.
C. Until today, I had never heard of this company nor ordered anything from them.
D. Scammers are playing the website and trying to get my information. I would hope it is not this company.

I signed up for a free trial and just had to pay Shipping. 6 months later they are saying in order for me to cancel membership of their product, I need to pay $89.00 or they are going to send my account to collections and ruin my credit.

I purchased one trial item. Now they want to try and charge me for multiple items which I immediately canceled. Here’s email they are threatening me with.

This is our third and final attempt to contact you regarding your outstanding Synaptic IQ Nootropic bill. Your bill is now over 90 days delinquent and we have given you multiple attempts to clear it. We will be submitting your file to our collections agency who will then report it to all three credit bureaus. We feel we have done everything we can on our end to keep this from happening, but if you are unable to click the link and/or call customer service at 8775681524 to pay your outstanding bill which we have already discounted we are forced to seek more aggressive actions.
